Meet Christine - Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Christine is passionate about pelvic health for all ages and genders and has almost completed her Masters of Continence and Pelvic Floor Health at Curtin University.

Having spent the last 4 years traveling around Australia as a physiotherapist in the Australian Army, she is now happy to be back home in the Penrith area. She has a solid background in Strength and Conditioning and Acute and Chronic Injury Management, especially lower limb, back, pelvic, and hip pain.

She has taught Yoga for health, mindfulness and recovery. She has been a volunteer with QENDO (Queensland Endometriosis) and has an interest in helping people with pelvic pain. She is an LGBTQI ally and has an interest in assisting recovery after gender-confirming surgeries.

When not providing physio care, you’ll catch her rockclimbing, working out in the gym, or spending time with her partner and new baby girl.

If you need help for a weak bladder or bowel or help to manage prolapse; if you need help to deal with the discomforts of pregnancy, prepare for a vaginal birth, or plan for a safe re-introduction to exercise, or if you need help to fix your back, hip or pelvic pain, make an appointment with Christine today!
