Meet Judy - Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Judy is a Western Sydney local who has worked in physiotherapy private practice for several years, caring for people in the St Marys, Ropes Crossing, Minchinbury, Rooty Hill, and Glendenning communities west of Blacktown. Judy speaks Tamil and has helped women, men, and children with everyday injuries, sporting injuries, and work-related injuries get back to their best active lives. She has effective Manual Therapy skills and can prescribe effective Pilates and Hydrotherapy programs. Her compassionate and empathic approach led her to be one of the most in-demand therapists at her last workplace.

Judy has also worked in Aged Care settings with Private, DVA and Medicare funded clients in falls prevention, pain management, continence management, rehabilitation after surgical procedures such as total hip and knee replacements, neurological conditions such as Parkinsons, post stroke rehabilitation and general reconditioning due to functional decline.

Judy has always had a passion for Women’s and Pelvic Health and she has enjoyed great job satisfaction helping women presenting with pelvic floor problems, pregnancy aches and pains, abdominal muscle separation, low back pain, hip problems, and pelvic girdle pain in her previous roles. She earnt the respect of her patients and local GP’s with her kind, gentle, and respectful approach to patient care. She has completed professional development courses in pelvic health and strives to continue to pursue further professional development to provide the most up-to-date care for her patients.

Outside of work Judy loves to engage in sports such as Badminton, Tennis, Volleyball and Oztag. Judy is fluent in the Tamil language and enjoys dancing or volunteering at cultural and charity events. Judy also has a passion for traveling both within Australia and around the world. Her favorite place Nepal where she volunteered at a disability centre and trekked part of Annapurna basecamp. She loved it here due to the kind and caring nature of the people, the food (especially momos) and the breathtaking scenery of the Himalayas

Judy looks forward to helping you achieve your pelvic health goals with evidence-based, patient-centered care. She consults Monday to Friday.

“I was quite nervous about my first appointment, but you and Judy were so wonderful. Thank you for being kind, gentle, and adding humour to your craft! I am so glad I found you! Thanks, Google!” – Yvette, September 2023
