Kumari is a caring and compassionate physiotherapist and proud mother herself, with almost 10yrs clinical experience.
Kumari is Certified in Women’s Health Physiotherapy, Dry Needling, Mulligan Manual Therapy, and Vestibular Rehabilitation. She has completed the highest level of Pelvic Health Training available through the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
She has a comprehensive understanding of the needs of individuals with diverse musculoskeletal problems, neurological problems, and the sometimes complex issues that can arise with ageing.
Whilst she has always been passionate about women’s health, her perspective shifted significantly after experiencing pregnancy and postpartum recovery firsthand. Navigating her own pelvic floor rehabilitation gave her a deeply personal understanding of the physical and emotional challenges that mothers face.
Through this empathetic lens, Kumari is committed to helping mothers heal and regain confidence in their bodies, regardless of how long ago they gave birth. Her goal is to empower her patients to restore movement and function in their daily lives without judgment.
Kumari consults on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
