Mary is a Western Sydney local who graduated from High School in Penrith and then completed her Physiotherapy Degree from the Australian Catholic University. She is a dedicated and compassionate Women’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who would love to help you achieve optimal well-being and regain your body confidence.
She can help you overcome a wide range of health issues, including musculoskeletal pain
during pregnancy, post-natal abdominal separation, incontinence, prolapse, back and neck pain, mastitis and blocked ducts, bowel dysfunction, and pelvic pain. Mary also has
experience teaching individual Birth Preparation and Mums and Bubs Pilates classes. She can help you regain your core strength and she can prescribe a home-based Pilates
matwork program for you. Her approach goes beyond physical rehabilitation, as she strives to create a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for all her clients.
Mary has worked in maternity wards and hospital outpatient units and has treated women’s health conditions in private practice elsewhere, so no matter how alone you feel, she will have successfully managed a condition similar to yours before! She has a well-rounded understanding of many pelvic health conditions and the associated medical and
physiotherapy management pathways, and she is happy to collaborate with the rest of your care team where necessary.
Mary’s commitment to pelvic health extends far beyond the clinic walls. She actively
engages in ongoing education and has completed the highest level of pelvic health training
currently available through the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She is also a member
of Women’s Health Training Associates and the Continence Foundation Australia.
Through personalised treatment plans, education, and gentle guidance, Mary will empower you to take control of your health and gain confidence so you can get back to doing the things you love.
Mary is empathetic and fosters open communication and a sense of trust with her clients.
Whether navigating the challenges of childhood bladder and bowel control, teen or young
adult pelvic pain, pregnancy, childbirth recovery, or pelvic health concerns in perimenopause and beyond, Mary is ready to help you achieve your goals and assist you in your journey to recovery.
Outside of work, Mary loves to play tennis and explore the outdoors. Mary also speaks fluent Arabic. She consults on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.’
